The Brussels Privacy Hub is organising a “by invitation only” workshop, under the Chatham House Rule, on the effect of the draft ePrivacy Regulation on big data and data analytics processing operations for primary and secondary use. Participants will come from academia and the industry.
Aim of the workshop will be mainly explorative: To test and validate user and data processing scenarios, to gather evidence, as well as to assess the regulatory solutions at hand. A working paper will be provided to participants in preparation of the workshop.
By way of follow-up, the Brussels Privacy Hub will organise an open workshop, in February 2018, on a date to be announced, where findings of this workshop will be discussed with Data Protection Authorities and any other interested parties.
