Meet the Author: Lunchtime debate on “The the relationship between EU consumer law and data protection”


Debate with the authors of a recent article in Common Market Law Review on the Relationship between EU Consumer Law and Data Protection Law: “The perfect match? A closer look at the relationship between EU consumer law and data protection”, written by Prof Natali Helberger, Dr Frederik Zuiderveen Borgesius (both University of Amsterdam) and Agustin Reyna (BEUC).


The article argues that the interplay of data protection law and consumer protection law provides exciting opportunities for a more integrated vision on “data consumer law”.
